Who is H & I Family Support Center ?
​H & I Family Support Center reaches out to one single parent at a time -- giving a ray of sunshine at the end of the tunnel by providing team support with mentoring, & rehabilitation. H & I Family Support Center takes pride in helping single parents get on their feet! Yulekethia Forrest- Hankerson, founder of H & I Family Support Center. , was a struggling divorced-single parent who saw the need for the resources H & I Family Support Center provides to the community.

Yulekethia is a divorced mother of two amazing sons. Yulekethia has two wonderful parents who have always been her biggest support system (Charlie and Nellie Forrest). During her marriage she dealt with an abusive and drug addicted spouse. One day Yulekethia realize that she didn't want her sons to think this is how they should treat their wives when they got married. So, through prayer and the healing of God. She divorced her husband. Yulekethia has dealt with depression, a brain hemorrhage and homelessness. With God she was healed from those things. Her sons dealt with their personal angers but with God they were healed. They both have graduated high school and working on their life's journey. Yulekethia graduated from Florida Atlantic University with her with her BA degree. This is a little of their story as a family. It also isn't the end but the beginning to a very blessed and prosperous future.

How does H & I Family Support Center help single parents and children?

H & I Family Support Center goal is to let every single parent that comes to us realize that they are “SPECIAL” and “WORTHY” so we work hard to provide homes, support, spiritual mentoring and direction to help guide single parents to become self-sufficient. We enjoy providing “HOPE” and with “HOPE” we are able to give our parents “FAITH” and with “FAITH” will come “LOVE” for each and every one of these SPECIAL PARENTS.
